Consultation covers initial assessment to assist with confirmation of diagnosis of mental illness, initiation of treatment if applicable and any subsequent reviews and follow ups as necessary.

Mental Health Care Plan Consultation – 20 to 30 minutes
Covers preparation of documentation and explanation of process required for referral to Psychologist for Psychotherapy.
Can only be scheduled after an initial Mental Health Consultation.

Psychotherapy Consultation – 40 to 50 min
Psychotherapy session incorporating principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/CBT, conducted under a Mental Health Care Plan.
Can only be scheduled after an initial Mental Health Consultation.
